Each topic consists of a live training session through video conferencing (1-3 hours), and is followed by self-paced activities that participants can finish with flexibility.

Embedded within the lectures and talks are opportunities for the participants to engage in peer learning. Breakout rooms, live surveys, and chat-based discussions are integrated to enhance the overall learning experience.

Simple and consistent use of technology
Live learner engagement tools such as Mentimeter and Padlet will be utilized throughout the live workshops, while Facebook Learning Groups and Google Slides will house the self-paced materials.
